Swiss law does not confer any rights on the customer. However, the customer is entitled to revoke the order within 7 calendar days in text form and compulsorily in German (eg letter, e-mail, fax) or by returning the goods. The period starts from the receipt of the goods by the customer.
Excluded from the revocation are articles without packaging or damaged packaging and articles which have been used which can not be withdrawn for hygienic reasons. (Hairbrush, hair products, etc.)
Suelo Trade GmbH accepts the revocation only if the articles are unused, complete (it must be all papers such as guarantee card, labels available) and in perfect original packaging. Except for withdrawal are articles which can not be withdrawn for hygienic reasons. (Hairbrushes, hair products, hangouts, etc.) as well as articles which have been custom-made, personalized or ordered by the customer.
Suelo Trade GmbH does not refund any money for returned items.
If the customer is not able to recover the goods in full or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, the customer must submit to Suelo Trade GmbH. The customer is responsible to refrain from anything that affects the value of the consignment.
Parcel-ready goods must be returned. The customer bears the cost of the return and any other charges such as Customs costs, if the delivered goods corresponds to the ordered. Otherwise, the return for the customer is free of charge. Only returns are accepted, which are sufficiently franked.
